EATING VEGAN IN BURLINGTON

Posted by: Linda Wolf

Looking for the best places to eat in Burlington, VT? Well, we can’t put Burlington’s top small luxury B&B getaway on the top of the list for lunch or dinner (though my daily afternoon soup is pretty divine), but we do rate ourselves as one of Burlington’s best breakfast joints and if our reviews on TripAdvisor have anything to say, our guests agree! Recently, we’ve had a run of vegan guests looking for something more creative than toast and cashew butter and we’ve definitely hit it out of the park. If you’re looking for a hearty vegan breakfast in Burlington, look no further than our friendly kitchen where you’ll find a quinoa bowl with sauteed veggies and avocado, Huevos Rancheros minus the huevos plus a little soy chorizo, avocado toast, or a nice potato-veggie hash mixed with savory spices. Enjoy the wonderful food Burlington has to offer when you stay at the best bed and breakfast in Burlington, Vermont… and if you’re looking for vegan or vegetarian lunch and dinner options while in town, check our PingalaRevolution Kitchen or Honey Road Restuarant.
